The aim of the course is to provide course participants with the knowledge and skills in preparing to provide on-the job training, providing on-the job training according to organizational requirements, reviewing performance of learners and obtaining feedback from learners and conducting debrief of the on-the-job training session.

Companies applying for funding (only Singaporean and Singapore PR) must submit their training grant and absentee payroll application via SSG’s SkillsConnect system. All applications are subject to SSG’s approval. Companies applying for funding must make payment via Cheque to the Training Provider.
